My interest in millinery ribbons began several years back when I happened upon a box of ribbons meant to be used for a silk scrap quilt sometime around the turn of the century. Since then I’ve expanded well beyond that original assortment. (I have to say ribbons take up far, far less space than shawls.) My research into these lovely items will ever be on going.
